Cancellation Policy

All confirmed reservations are non-refundable.NO REFUND shall be granted in the event that fails to continue or complete the booked dates.

Guests may request a one-time date change or booking modification, provided the request is made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled check-in date. Requests submitted within seven (7) days prior to arrival will no longer be accommodated, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.

No refunds, credits, or rebooking options will be provided in the following situationt:

• Late cancellations

• No-shows

• Early check-outs or shortened stays

• Failure to arrive on the confirmed check-in date

By proceeding with the reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
